The Terraserver site (http://terraserver.homeadvisor.msn.com/)
allows you to look up a location using Lat and Long in either decimal
coordinates or in degrees, minutes and seconds. Click on Advanced Find and
then on Geographic.

a coordinate on their map if you enter it. That would likely get you close
enough to figure out the location.
